Dear Dr. and Mrs. Patodia, Thank you so much for 15 years of wonderful care of our mom, Kathe (Kate).  She had the highest regard for both of you and appreciated you so much.  You and your staff were a huge blessing to her and to our family.  Your kindness and care went above and beyond!
