Are you a highly motivated Medical Esthetician looking to put your own mark on a fully equipped Esthetics clinic? We are looking for a go getter that is ready to grow the business, lead the team and build the aesthetic practice that they’ve dreamed of.
The selected candidate must possess knowledge in advanced skin care, laser hair removal, broadband light treatment, Botox, filler and other medical esthetic services.The suitable candidate will be entering into a partnership role at the clinic, and will be growing the client base with the help of the internal marketing team.
Compensation will be a base salary plus profit sharing – the sky is the limit!
The principle duties of a successful candidate will be:

  • Assisting the Doctor during laser procedures and discuss aftercare with patient
  • Following up with patients after services
  • Discuss and demonstrate proper skin care
  • Perform BBL Treatment
  • Prepare, clean up and maintain clinic, treatment rooms and equipment
  • Work with the marketing team to build the clinic

Assets:

  • Certificate or diploma in Esthetics from a recognized college or institute
  • Enthusiastic to build the practice and put your personal stamp on it
  • Comfortable with product recommendations
  • Ability to sell, upgrade services and sell homecare
  • Self-motivated, dependable and punctual
  • Loves people and looking to help clients

Clinic Maintenance Technician

OVERVIEW

Clinic Maintenance Technicians perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of the clinic. They conduct home/building maintenance repairs and are responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of clinic grounds, facilities, equipment, and various utility systems. Clinic Maintenance Technicians provide excellent customer service to prospective and current patients at all times.

JOB DUTIES

  • Complete routine maintenance and minor repairs to clinic as needed.
  • Ensure clinic is presentable and inviting at all times
  • Ensure trash/debris is picked up daily from common areas on a daily basis. Empty trash containers as needed.
  • Clean clinic amenities.
  • Assist management with supervision of service contractors.
  • Ensure all clinic areas are free of hazards.
  • Follow safety procedures while performing duties
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

As a Clinic Maintenance Technician, you must be hard-working, reliable and focused on providing exceptional customer service. You must also be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous maintenance experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and broad experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance
  • Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery
  • Ability to provide legible written reports
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and internet

Medical Receptionist/Secretary

Our busy Ophthalmology and Esthetics Clinic is currently seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our highly skilled team.

Duties and Responsibilities for this position:

– Able to work effectively as a team member and individually
– Multi-Line telephone communication with patients.
– Experience using an EMR
– Scheduling appointments
– Clerical Support
– Assist with data collection
– Booking surgical appointments & coordinating appointments with other clinics.

Qualifications:
-Medical Office Administration Diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience as a receptionist/secretary in a health care operation.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills and expertise with patient interaction.
– Ability to multi-task effectively and work well under pressure.
– Computer proficient, well versed with Medical Terminology
– Experience using Meditech or related program will be an asset

Ophthalmic Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Complete preoperative and postoperative diagnostic testing and full eye exams, offering clear explanations to patients throughout the process
– Provide counseling and recommendations with respect to procedures and technology available at Patodia Eye Institute
– Promote Patodia Eye Institute’s technology appropriately, based on internal protocols
– Provide superior customer service and patient care
– Use appointment and patient file software, patient charts and other available tools to make accurate and clear notes regarding patient eye health
– Be accountable for the quality and accuracy of all testing and charting completed
– Staying aware and understanding changes made to protocols, procedures, product and the services we offer
– Assist in special projects, as needed
– Any other tasks as per required by the Center Director or management team

REQUIRED SKILLS
While no previous experience is required as we provide all on the job training the following skills are a must:

– Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
– Superior communication skills, particularly verbal, with excellent “bedside manner”, professionalism, and active listening
– Excellent presentation skills, with an ability to adapt to variety of patient types
– Patience, approachability and calm demeanor
– Ability to manage patient expectations and concerns
– Engaging and outgoing personality
– Very organized, with attention to detail
– Adapt well to often-changing environment, manage personal stress
– Team-oriented and collaborative, demonstrate a willingness to learn and also coach others
– Organized and efficient with sense of initiative
– Familiar with computers and with an ability to learn new software, entry-level experience with MS Office
– Comfortable working in close contact with patients

  • High school or equivalent
